All persons ages 16-80 can benefit from a career/personality testing battery and a plan to execute the results. The problem is that most companies are TOO expensive and the average person can't afford it! My fee is half the usual charge, I apportion the time over several sessions. It is my goal to make career guidance affordable and ENJOYABLE!!
Career Testing, Planning, and Management Services
A complete career assessment/planning package is $500.00.
The package includes:
1. Complete testing battery dependent upon a client's age, education, and need. Tests that might be included:
- Differential Aptitude Test
- Self-Directed Search
- Jung Typology Personality Test
- Learning Style Test
- Leisure/Work Inventory
- Work Values Inventory
- Culture-Match Work Environment Test
- Additional test dependent on individual goals and needs
2. I work with clients in a "test and talk" format that is scheduled over several two hour sessions, at the client's convenience. I do not test in "marathon testing" sessions, as some centers do.
3. Face to face interpretation--not a computerized narrative from a software program. Each test interpretation is written by me, personally, and interpreted to you, personally.
4. Client portfolio for homework, self-reports, and career awareness exercises that is a part of our "talk" format.
5. Individualized Client Career Portfolio- includes a professional resume, work skills checklist, and a visual guide that will showcase your gifts, accomplishments, and talents.
6. Create a plan/timeline action plan to move you on to your next step possibilities--schools, colleges, graduate work, certifications, internships, or additional training.
7. Each client is entitled to unlimited email/phone access for additional follow-up and advisement AT NO CHARGE--whenever it is needed--NO TIME LIMIT! (once you are mine, you are mine for a long, long time...)
